What does it mean to use 'nature-friendly' materials?
It means I prioritize sustainability at every step of the creative process. I use high-quality non-toxic watercolor pigments, FSC-certified watercolor paper (guaranteeing it comes from responsibly managed forests), and whenever possible, I avoid products with plastic components or petroleum derivatives.
Does your work support any animal or environmental causes?
Yes, my brand is deeply committed to environmental and nature protection. For every sale, a percentage is donated to local or global conservation organizations.
When you acquire one of my pieces, you are not just taking home art; you are also directly contributing to the defense of the environment and its species.
How is my artwork shipped to ensure it arrives in perfect condition?
I use packaging specifically designed for transporting art. Each watercolor is individually protected with acid-free materials, carefully inserted into sturdy tubes (depending on size), and shipped in a reinforced cardboard box.
I prioritize the use of recycled or biodegradable packaging materials whenever possible.
What are your shipping policies, times, costs, and destinations?

What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
While I take every precaution for secure packaging, if your work arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at: seapinto@gmail.com or message +34 609624805 within 48 hours of receipt.
I will request photos of the packaging and the damaged work. I will offer a satisfactory solution (for original works) or a full refund once the case is evaluated. Your satisfaction is my priority.
What payment methods do you accept and is your gateway secure?
I accept Bizum and other major secure methods. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway with SSL encryption, ensuring your financial information is protected and confidential.
We do not store your banking details at any time without your consent.
How should I care for my watercolor?
To ensure the longevity of your watercolor:
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight: Watercolor pigments can fade over time if exposed directly to intense UV light.
- Keep in a stable environment: Avoid extreme humidity or drastic temperature changes.
- Framing: I recommend framing your work with an acid-free mat (pass-partout) and protective glass (UV protection if possible) for better conservation.
